      Position Summary

      Position Overview

      We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance System Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our Oracle EPM environment. This role will be pivotal in optimizing our ERP processes, managing user access, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing system updates. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve Oracle EPM workflows.

      This role will pay a yearly salary of $100,000 to $120,000 plus bonus

      For FT roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).

      This position will remain open until April 11, 2025

      Responsibilities

      Summary

      • Interact with Finance and Technical process owners to ensure current state understanding.
      • Strong interaction skills and the ability to assess a user’s processes and strategies for system readiness
      • Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions as it pertains to application design

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provides product knowledge and best practice guidance on Oracle's EPM solutions particularly Financial Close and consolidation, Web Reporting and SmartView Analytics and Enterprise Data Management solution.
      • Supports functional lead in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis and solution design activities.
      • Prepares high quality business requirements and provides input and guidance on functional design documents.
      • Engages with technology teams to provide SME support on development of client solutions not met by Oracle out of the box capability.
      • Participates in test preparation activities, training material development and process documentation as required.
      • Works closely with Finance and program cross functional teams to support testing and business readiness activities.

      Qualifications

      Qualifications & skills:

      • 3+ years of relevant work experience with global corporations and financial services experience managing Oracle EPM Solutions.
      • Recent experience and knowledge of NetSuite ERP will be an advantage.
      • Understanding of accounting concepts both US GAAP and IFRS, general ledger processes, Chart of Accounts, and close, consolidation processes.
      • Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented and organized.
      • Pro-active problem-solver who works well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
      • Growth mindset, seeking and implementing feedback and maintaining flexibility to pivot and course correct as needed.

      Preferred Certifications

      • Certification in a relevant financial system (e.g., NetSuite Administrator)
      • Professional certifications in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
