What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interview stakeholders to identify and validate finance workflows and site-specific requirements
- Develop and validate test cases for financial completeness and accuracy
- Collaborate with accounting teams and IT to understand business needs and ensure requirement fulfillment
- Analyze current finance system usage to identify gaps and prioritize solutions for efficiency
- Document meeting notes and action items to support the Finance Transformation team's accountability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting/finance work experience or finance system implementation experience
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related analytical field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering
- Knowledge of user acceptance testing
- Familiarity with supply chain warehouse management systems
