What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interview stakeholders to identify and validate current and future state finance workflows
- Develop and validate test cases for financial completeness and accuracy
- Collaborate with accounting, supply chain, and IT teams to define business needs and requirements
- Document meeting notes and action items to support the Finance Transformation team's accountability
- Analyze finance system usage to identify gaps and prioritize solutions for improved efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting or finance work experience, or finance system implementation experience
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related analytical field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in process mapping and requirements gathering
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing
- Knowledge of supply chain warehouse management systems
