      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct interviews and screenings for unfunded patients to identify available funding sources
      - Assist uninsured patients with financial hardship applications and payment arrangements
      - Create service price estimates based on insurance benefits for prospective patients
      - Collect estimated patient responsibilities throughout the revenue cycle
      - Coordinate communication with patients and providers regarding authorizations and benefits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three years of experience with medical accounts receivable, insurance claims, or equivalency
      - High School Diploma or equivalency
      - Exceptional time management skills
      - Ability to express information clearly and understandably
      - Strong customer service orientation with a focus on resolving requests

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual language skills
      - Experience with the Medicaid enrollment process
      - Coding certifications such as CCS, CPC-H, or CPC-P
      - Knowledge of CPT, ICD9/10, and DRG codes
