What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise and educate students on various forms of Federal Student Aid
- Handle student inbound calls, respond to emails, and make outbound contacts
- Research to assist students and parents throughout the financial aid cycle
- Communicate feedback and trends to management proactively
- Ensure daily tasks are completed within established service level agreements (SLAs)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal communication and listening skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
- Associate's degree required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service, call center, or office environment preferred
