What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise and educate students on various forms of Federal Student Aid
- Handle student inquiries through inbound calls, emails, and outbound contacts
- Conduct research to assist students and parents throughout the financial aid process
- Collaborate with other university departments as necessary
- Meet established service level agreements (SLAs) and productivity metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal communication and listening skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service, call center, or office environment preferred
