What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze financial performance metrics, including cost structures and profitability of manufacturing operations
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis of company performance results
- Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements
- Prepare and present financial reports and variance analyses to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in private equity and familiarity with manufacturing processes
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience using AI for data analysis and financial modeling
