What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for daily and monthly sales and gross profit reporting, utilizing Microsoft Power BI
- Prepare detailed analyses of sales, gross margin, and ad-hoc requests, including variance identification and trend analysis
- Collaborate with multiple departments to establish processes for tracking strategic plan initiatives
- Support sales budgeting and ongoing plan maintenance
- Provide assistance on various projects and initiatives as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Accounting or Financial Planning & Analysis within a medium to large-sized company
- BS in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial reporting systems
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Microsoft Access

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CMA, CPA, or MBA preferred
- Experience with Hyperion is a plus
- Basic understanding of industry practices and tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic presentation and public speaking skills
