Job Description

- Develops and provides reliable and robust financial reporting for the commercial, procurement and operational teams
- Responsible for preparing, consolidating, and analyzing financial and operations data provided by respected teams.
- Supports manufacturing and corporate finance teams during monthly close process
- Supports development of monthly financial packages and operations reporting for Executive Leadership Team
- Responsible for preparing, reporting, and monitoring of SG&A department spending
- Financial team member for SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process
- Develops, reviews and updates tools to identify growth and complexity reduction opportunities using the 80/20 principle (i.e., Quad Methodology)
- Supports development of Annual Operating Plan working with cross-functional team
- 4-year degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field required
- Continued education (MBA, CMA, or CPA) preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience preferred in similar finance role
- Advanced PC Skills - Mid-Advanced Excel preferred
- Experience implementing and driving continuous improvement in an organization
- Willingness to travel - 10%

Position Summary:
The Financial Analyst supports the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis in providing reliable and robust financial analysis and reporting to support the Executive Leadership Team, controllers, departmental leaders, and company strategic initiatives and projects.
The Financial Analyst focuses on providing insights and clarity of results and/or questions through their analysis of financial and operations data, development of financial models, and monthly reporting. The Analyst will not only analyze data but also think strategically while connecting the analysis to the broader goals and strategies of the organization. The Analyst will need to excel at being part of a cross-functional organization working alongside team members to drive results and clarity so that business decisions can be made quickly and effectively. With this responsibility, the Analyst will need to have a strong focus on accuracy, continuous improvement, and personal drive for high-quality results.
This position reports to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
