What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the sales team to develop pricing strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage daily pricing requests and provide timely support to the sales team
- Assist in pro-forma P&L modeling and costing for new product items
- Create ad-hoc reports and analytics to inform customer strategy and improve margins
- Prepare financial analysis for leadership, explaining variances to forecasts and plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in a finance or pricing role
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and analytical concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with complex functions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of dairy markets (FMMO, CME, etc.) and other relevant commodity markets
- Previous experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
- Experience building pricing models based on commodity markets
- Skills in Hyperion Essbase
