      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze carrier statements for payment inconsistencies and ensure correct billing for plan participants
      - Perform monthly verification and accuracy checks on assigned accounts, addressing any discrepancies
      - Implement strategic processes and evaluate methods to ensure accurate financial results
      - Communicate analytical data effectively to internal and external business partners
      - Follow Standard Operating Processes related to timely payment and reconciliation procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience with advanced understanding of the reconciliation process
      - Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
      - Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
      - Ability to problem-solve independently using critical thinking

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a financial services environment
      - Familiarity with billing processes and procedures
      - Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing procedures
      - Prior experience in customer service or collaboration with internal/external partners
