What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and analyze financial and operating reports, forecasts, and dashboards
- Develop and automate financial reporting processes for budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive financial insights and operational excellence
- Refine forecasting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support for management and department heads as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of finance and accounting experience, including managing operating expenses
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience presenting to leadership
- 3+ years of experience with ERP & Financial Planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within the SaaS/Software industry preferred
- Exposure to AI tools and automation solutions in financial reporting
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of management
- Natural curiosity and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Experience using tools like ChatGPT or Excel AI to enhance productivity
