What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and process accounting entries in accordance with GAAP to ensure loyalty-related expenses are accurately accounted for
- Provide accounting and analytical support to the Manager - Loyalty Finance and the Loyalty Program leadership team
- Collaborate with the Data team to build and execute reporting and dashboards for real-time insights into the Loyalty Program
- Assist in creating budgets and weekly forecasts while performing periodic KPI analyses
- Maintain and improve processes for providing data and reporting to key internal and external partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in finance and/or accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to meet financial deadlines effectively and efficiently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PeopleSoft and PowerBI
- Familiarity with loyalty programs
