What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (M3P) financial operations
- Administer reconciliation of M3P financial processes for Navitus EGWP clients
- Oversee financial processes with all Navitus clients and 3rd party M3P vendors
- Implement and support M3P payment processes to EGWP clients
- Lead process improvement projects focused on enhancing the M3P product offering

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of five years in a corporate Financial Analyst role with a Medicare health plan or PBM
- Experience in Medicare Part D and PBM highly desired
- Government programs compliance experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
