What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage financial models related to company KPIs, retention metrics, and business performance
- Assist in the preparation of detailed budgets and forecasts, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet projections
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to measure financial performance against targets
- Update monthly reporting and analytics related to the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of proven financial analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
