- Preparation of weekly and monthly program financial reports and customer financial deliverables
- Monthly sales, profit and cash forecasting
- Quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC) development including costs, risk and opportunities
- Perform detailed financial analysis to help define and understand variances to budget baseline and EAC positions
- Development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in APEX/SAP, Budget preparation and monthly Earned Value reporting.
- Support the preparation of cost estimates for new business proposals and assist Estimating and Program Analysts in developing rationale for basis of estimates.
- Proactively work with program stakeholders to achieve financial objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong desire to learn and proactive approach to problem solving
- Proven ability to set and meet realistic deadlines for all work products
