What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop financial models and work on special projects for decision-making, planning, and reporting
- Consolidate financial results and metrics for monthly close processes and Board of Directors reporting
- Analyze operational metrics to explain business performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Partner with key stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations
- Prepare materials to support potential future financing, M&A, and partnership discussions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of transferable strategic financial experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL and Tableau is a plus
- Ability to operate independently, synthesize complex data, and manage competing priorities
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate extensively with the team and business partners
