What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform month-end close activities and review the general ledger for accuracy
- Prepare and analyze financial results while assisting with budgeting, planning, and forecasting
- Monitor spending to ensure it stays within client budgets
- Track and manage purchase orders for contracts and provide analysis of key financial processes
- Support the Finance Director with ad hoc requests and special project management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-4+ years of related professional experience with strong accounting background
- Experience with the full financial close process and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA or MBA preferred
- 5 years of experience in a Sr Financial Analyst role
- Experience with financial analysis in a company with $500 million in revenue
- Experience leading finance transformations and managing third-party financial relationships
- Experience working in hybrid or remote settings preferred
