Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. As a Financial Analyst, you will assist in gathering and analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and helping to support decision-making processes within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in finance and develop their analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare variance analysis to compare budgeted versus actual financial performance.
• Help prepare financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
• Assist with internal financial audits and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and other financial metrics.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss financial performance and provide insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
• Knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., Replicon, Bill.com, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
