- Analyze and synthesize data from multiple systems and databases to support management objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree in finance or a business-related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare data analysis experience
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise and desktop applications, including Microsoft
- Strong analytical skills and competence in problem definition and strategy development
- Experience with large relational databases and data warehousing, including SQL querying

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in finance or a business-related field
- SQL report writing capabilities and experience with Business Objects and EPIC hospital information systems
- Mastery of Business Intelligence report writing and visualization tools such as Epic Analytics, Business Objects (WebI), or Power BI
- Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, including complex functions and formatting
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, coordination, and customer service skills
