      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all aspects of program finance, including planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
      - Interface with program management team members daily to ensure accurate financial estimates
      - Perform month-end close activities, variance analysis, and account reconciliations
      - Support WBS set-up, maintenance, and oversight to meet program needs
      - Provide objective solutions to improvement efforts related to systems and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent
      - Strong business acumen and analytical skills
      - Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial planning
      - Experience conducting Estimate at Completion (EAC) analysis
      - Proficient in Microsoft products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in executing automation and digital transformation
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Familiarity with wInsight and Tableau
      - Experience with the proposal process and financial CDRLs
      - Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to interface with senior management
