What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage financial reporting and accounting for a portfolio of awards from various funding sources
- Prepare financial analysis and reports to support business processes and identify revenue or expense management opportunities
- Develop financial tools and templates to enhance analytical capabilities and activity tracking
- Participate in the annual Uniform Guidance audit of Federal awards
- Establish relationships with finance partners and operational teams to improve workflow efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with the Workday system
- Strong interpersonal communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Uniform Guidance regulations and month-end close processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in portfolio management and financial analysis
- Familiarity with journal entries and capital management
