What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze the company's balance sheet and P&L on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis, ensuring accurate recording of charges
- Validate reconciliations from team members against monthly financials
- Assist in developing detailed annual budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with strategic objectives
- Monitor actual vs budget performance, investigate variances, and provide updates to department heads
- Prepare management reports with detailed commentary on key variances and trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance; CPA or eligibility for CPA track preferred
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in accounting, FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize variances and provide articulate explanations
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of financial modeling preferred
- Knowledge of NetSuite preferred
