What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess financial performance of the school nutrition program and assist with accounting functions
- Compile and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to monitor variances and trends
- Provide financial guidance to operating units on client returns, revenue, and profitability goals
- Document and maintain accurate supporting information for all financial transactions
- Create and design reports and maintain a database for organizing and uploading data

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to effectively present information to top management and boards of directors
