What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide ongoing financial reporting to business partners, connecting resources to business outcomes
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure the integrity of financial data and enhance financial statements
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, utilizing financial systems for data analysis
- Assist in creating presentations and dashboards to summarize financial data for executive management
- Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced financial reporting efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, public accounting, investment banking, consulting, or a similar field
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively presenting financial data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA, MBA, CFA, or other relevant graduate degree or certification
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with software implementation or database management
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or with companies experiencing hypergrowth
