What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and oversee accounts payable, including vendor invoices and patient reimbursements
- Create and submit journal entries related to clinical trial payments
- Support the financial analyst team with monthly account maintenance and invoicing
- Assist in Medicare Coverage Analysis and development of clinical trial billing tables
- Collaborate with the Cancer Center Protocol Office Finance Team on financial processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in Business Accounting or Finance discipline highly desired
- 0-2 years of experience in a professional healthcare setting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Access
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- General knowledge of hospital accounting and IS systems is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial analysis and systems within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with clinical trial budgeting and Medicare Coverage Analysis
- Previous work experience supporting financial processes in a healthcare environment
