      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews for high-risk customers in compliance with KYC policy and regulatory requirements
      - Manage procedures and escalations related to high-risk customers, analyzing customer behavior and activity
      - Coordinate requests and track reporting of FCRM initiatives and programs
      - Provide research, evaluation, operational, reporting, and analytical support to FCRM partners
      - Keep abreast of emerging trends and regulatory changes affecting financial crimes risk management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of AML experience, including KYC, EDD, and investigations
      - At least 3 years of exposure to financial crime and/or financial compliance
      - 1 year of remediation experience
      - 1 year of experience in financial services
      - Advanced skills in Excel and SharePoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in Anti-Money Laundering (CAMS)
      - Experience with Oracle
      - Familiarity with RDC or MOODY systems
