What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for prospects/referrals accurately and timely
- Communicate patient benefits using appropriate systems and software applications
- Document and forward patient financial responsibilities to the agency promptly
- Serve as a liaison between the branch location and the payer regularly
- Resolve customer requests, inquiries, and concerns in a respectful manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of insurance verification and authorization experience
- Experience in revenue cycle management is desired
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic PC skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Mathematical aptitude
- Detail-oriented approach to tasks
