What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the scheduling, planning, and preparation of the monthly close
- Assist with the monthly review of financial statements and prepare variance reports and forecasts
- Leverage insights from the month-end close to improve operating and financial models
- Support the production of financial presentations and perform ad hoc analyses
- Identify and implement enhancements to existing reporting and business processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 2-4 years of experience in an FP&A role or similar quantitative role
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and enterprise accounting software
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and high standard for integrity with confidential information
