What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the development of the company's five-year financial forecast
- Regularly update and analyze actual financial data for forecasting accuracy
- Assist in the annual budgeting process across various financial categories
- Maintain and enhance monthly financial reporting for business units and management
- Collaborate with the accounting team on financial accuracy and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or equivalent
- Proficient in analyzing financial statements including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling experience
- Ability to work with large data sets and implement automation in reporting processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in e-commerce, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or fast-paced startup environments
- Proficiency with ERP support systems, such as NetSuite, Tableau, or Salesforce
- Demonstrated ownership mentality and critical thinking abilities
- Adaptability to thrive in a high-growth work environment
- Experience in financial modeling preferred
