What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the company-wide budgeting process and develop monthly forecasting for subsidiaries
- Prepare consolidated corporate and subsidiary budgets and long-range plans
- Develop and maintain the corporate forecast process and company-wide treasury plan
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze budget vs. actual results and drive improvements
- Create ad hoc financial models to simulate various financial scenarios

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent
- Seven years of experience in a similar role within a $150+ million company
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel and Power BI
- Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP and financial statements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service orientation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- Experience with foreign currency and treasury operations
- Familiarity with various ERP systems and consolidation tools like OneStream
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and a hands-on mentality
- Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language
