What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls for Credit Unions/Banks nationwide
- Service banking transactions and provide product education to customers
- Verify caller ID for fraud prevention and resolve banking inquiries
- Handle 10-12 calls per hour and navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Maintain exceptional customer service on all interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with banking platforms preferred
- Proficient typing, listening, and computer skills
- Exceptional attendance record, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations with customers
- High school diploma or GED

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in financial services or customer service
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
