      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service on behalf of credit unions and banks by handling primarily inbound calls
      - Verify caller identities to prevent fraud while processing banking transactions
      - Address and resolve a variety of banking inquiries such as account reconciliations and online banking issues
      - Educate members/customers about products and services related to clients
      - Navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously while documenting interaction details

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - Experience with general banking knowledge and banking platforms is preferred
      - Exceptional attendance record and ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage stress while providing excellent customer service
      - Proficient typing, listening, computer, and reading skills

      - Experience in a customer service role within the financial services industry
      - Familiarity with mobile and online banking platforms
      - Ability to meet performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction
