- Verify caller identity to prevent fraud and protect account information
- Navigate various computer platforms to assist with account inquiries, fund transfers, and other banking services
- Educate members/customers on products and services offered by the employer
- Maintain performance metrics such as average talk time and quality review scores

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with general banking knowledge/terminology and banking platforms preferred
- Exceptional attendance record and availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Proficient typing, listening, and computer skills, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage emotions and stress in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with mobile and online banking platforms
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the financial services industry
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish
