      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer complex inbound account inquiries, including escalated customer and store calls
      - Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to online enrollment, password issues, and other online questions
      - Enter and review new account applications from various channels, including stores and online
      - Process and review transactions and credit line increase requests
      - Perform additional duties as assigned by management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
      - Ability to manage a high volume of calls with detail and accuracy
      - A quiet, distraction-free, secure workspace for remote work
      - Proficiency in computer use and technical troubleshooting, including the ability to navigate multiple systems
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a virtual environment with minimal supervision
      - Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
      - Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
