What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer complex inbound account inquiries using advanced knowledge of financial products
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding online enrollment and related questions
- Enter and review new account applications from various channels
- Process and review transactions, credit line increase requests, and payments
- Perform other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with detail and accuracy
- A quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace
- Demonstrated computer experience and technical troubleshooting skills
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
