      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary liaison between assigned programs and the Revenue Cycle Department for insurance and authorization-related issues
      - Manage financial eligibility, authorizations, and single case agreements for clients
      - Update and maintain accurate records in the electronic health record system
      - Analyze insurance coverage and benefits to ensure accuracy of revenue cycle activities
      - Communicate regularly with program staff to gather client information and documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or G.E.D.
      - Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in healthcare billing
      - Strong analytical and time management skills with attention to detail
      - Professional knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal/Medicaid, managed care health plans, and commercial insurance plans
      - Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two (2) years of college-level education
