What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and support the OneStream TXM application for bank reconciliations
- Lead the project to implement and maintain OneStream RCM for account reconciliations
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration/load issues within financial systems
- Provide training and guidance to accountants regarding the TXM process flow
- Collaborate with various departments to support the monthly close process and other key business activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience with a reconciliation tool, preferably OneStream TXM
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems
- Strong experience in data flows, data load, and reporting functions within a reconciliation tool
- Basic SQL experience required, with advanced SQL skills preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior banking industry knowledge
- Experience conducting end-user training
- Advanced Excel and PowerShell experience
- General ledger experience with systems such as Dynamics SL, Dynamics AX, Oracle, or Peoplesoft
