      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional service via inbound contact center and respond to complex customer inquiries
      - Perform account maintenance and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
      - Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail in accordance with service level agreements
      - Collaborate with team members and management to resolve customer service issues
      - Assist in training and mentoring less experienced staff in the customer service area

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or G.E.D.
      - Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in financial, investment, insurance, or banking sectors
      - Must possess FINRA 6 or 7 Certification at hire (currently registered or U5 within a 2-year FINRA window)
      - Proficiency in using help desk software and telephone technology
      - Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience
      - Ability to work independently and follow oral and written directions
      - Previous experience in training or mentoring staff
