What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) & Easy To Do Business With (ETDBW) philosophy
- Contact borrowers via telephone, mail, and email to establish payment arrangements to rectify outstanding delinquencies on accounts
- Determine the most appropriate plan of action to resolve past due accounts
- Provide pertinent account information and history information to educate borrowers
- Update demographic and additional information on borrower accounts via the servicing system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school degree or equivalent required
- 2 years of customer service, collection, and general work experience preferred
- Customer focused with strong oral communication skills
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- PC skills and 10 key proficiency

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a financial services or collections environment
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish borrower payment plans
