What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Commit to the Performance Based Organization (PBO) & Easy To Do Business With (ETDBW) philosophy
- Contact borrowers via telephone, mail, and email to establish payment arrangements for outstanding delinquencies
- Negotiate and determine appropriate plans of action to resolve past due accounts
- Provide pertinent account and history information to educate borrowers on the seriousness of their delinquencies
- Update borrower account information in the servicing system and perform additional collection activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service, collection, or general work experience
- Strong oral communication skills and analytical abilities
- Proficient in PC skills and 10 key functions
- Attention to detail and strong customer service orientation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in collections or financial services
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Familiarity with student loan servicing processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual communication skills
