What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming borrower interactions via inbound/outbound calls and web chats
- Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) and Easy To Do Business With (ETDBW) philosophy
- Ensure the integrity of data and information within the Loan Servicing and/or consolidation systems
- Update account information and perform tasks related to resolving customer needs
- Contact customers regarding accounts and negotiate transactions per established laws and policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school degree or equivalent required
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience and/or general office experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the student loan industry and Loan Servicing/Originations systems
- Experience in providing service excellence and teamwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Skills in business math and problem-solving
