      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to incoming borrower interactions via inbound and outbound calls and web-chats
      - Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) and Easy To Do Business With (ETDBW) philosophy
      - Update information on accounts in the Loan Servicing and/or consolidation systems
      - Negotiate transactions in accordance with established laws, regulations, and policies
      - Assist with training needs for new associates and resolve customer inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school degree or equivalent required
      - 1 to 3 years of customer service experience and/or general office experience
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Knowledge of the student loan industry and Loan Servicing systems preferred
      - Ability to work with MS Office and demonstrate problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the student loan servicing industry
      - Familiarity with business math and managing multiple priorities
      - Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
