      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to incoming borrower interactions, including inbound and outbound calls and web chats
      - Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) and Easy To Do Business With (ETDBW) philosophy
      - Update information on accounts in the Loan Servicing and/or consolidation systems
      - Resolve customer needs by displaying ownership on escalated calls
      - Serve as a resource for new associates and assist with training needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school degree or equivalent required
      - 1 to 3 years of customer service experience and/or general office experience
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Knowledge of student loan industry, Loan Servicing, and/or Originations systems preferred
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the student loan industry or related financial services
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications
      - Strong problem-solving skills
      - Experience with business math
      - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
