What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming borrower interactions through inbound and outbound calls and web chats
- Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) and Easy To Do Business With (ETDBW) philosophy
- Update information on accounts in the Loan Servicing and/or consolidation systems
- Perform tasks related to resolving customer needs, including ownership of escalated calls
- Serve as a resource for new associates and assist with their training needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school degree or equivalent required
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience and/or general office experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with MS Office and perform business math

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the student loan industry, Loan Servicing, and/or Originations systems
- Experience in service excellence and teamwork
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
