What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming borrower interactions via calls and web-chats, providing follow-up as needed
- Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) and Easy To Do Business With (ETDBW) philosophy
- Update information on accounts in the Loan Servicing and/or consolidation systems
- Manage escalated calls and resolve customer needs efficiently
- Serve as a resource for new associates and assist with their training needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience and/or general office experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the student loan industry and Loan Servicing systems preferred
- Ability to work with MS Office and perform business math

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Loan Servicing and/or Originations systems
- Demonstrated service excellence and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience in a team-oriented environment
