What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the monthly close process for specific clients, including posting journal entries and issuing financial statements
- Maintain fixed assets and assist in preparation of audit schedules
- Act as a secondary contact for day-to-day client activities and participate in weekly client calls
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Assist in maintaining and updating the fixed asset system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong fixed asset experience
- Proficiency in creating and using financial statements, including balance sheets and P&L statements
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills with clients, customers, and vendors
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelors in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of EDI and vendor setup processes
