What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with insurance portfolio managers and sales teams to service and expand client relationships in the insurance sector
- Provide expertise on regulatory environments, capital allocation, and strategic asset allocation to external and internal stakeholders
- Assist in designing custom portfolio solutions for insurance clients
- Support the servicing of client portfolios alongside portfolio managers and specialists
- Educate internal staff on insurance industry regulations and trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant insurance industry experience, either at a US insurance company or within an established asset management company
- Strong fluency with asset/liability and risk budgeting frameworks used by insurance companies
- Deep understanding of actuarial, accounting, and regulatory issues affecting investment management
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree and/or CFA preferred
- Proven track record of success in relationship management with institutional clients and consultants
- Experience working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- High energy level and self-motivation
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams
