What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of fleet telematics systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting telematics systems or similar technical support roles
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in training and supporting end-users
- Knowledge of fleet management systems and practices
- Experience with fleet invoicing processes, including VMRS coding and data entry
