      In this position...

      The Fleet Zone Manager (FZM) is Ford Pro’s corporate representative to large commercial and government fleet customers for all things Ford parts and service. FZM works collaboratively within the Fleet Service Operations (FSO) team and alongside the Ford Pro sales team to drive fleet productivity and brand loyalty while providing after-sales support to the customer. The FZM’s primary contacts within the fleet customers’ organizations are the fleet managers, procurement managers, and maintenance managers. The FZM leverages service concerns raised by their assigned accounts to change the fleets’ behavior, improve their experience with Ford/dealer network and increase the fleets’ parts purchases.

      Qualifications

      You'll have...

      • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
      • Located in or near Atlanta, Georgia area. Fleets will have units located across the United States and some in Canada. Travel by air and sales vehicle within market will be required to perform duties. No relocation package available for this position.
      • Ability to accommodate 5-10 nights/month overnight travel to meet with fleet customers
      • Understands dealership service and parts departments processes, the dealership employees’ motivations and the customer pain points (FCSD or SEO experience)
      • Ability to effectively connect with variety of personalities and customer types from municipalities, regional utilities to multinational corporations
      • Capable of prioritizing urgent and important tasks, such as vehicle off road escalated cases
      • Ability to frame a particular problem and see how their decision making will impact all stakeholders long term
      • Excellent presentation skills, comfortable learning and presenting new material.

      Even better, you may have...

      • • 5+ years experience with dealership contact or fleet vehicle service and/or dealership
      • • Field experience consulting with automotive dealerships in Sales, Service and Parts
      • • Demonstrated experience working across the Ford organization to accomplish a goal.
      • • Understanding of fleet management or fleet experience
      • • Familiarity with:
        • OASIS/PTS service publications, Recall types and bulletins, GCQIS concern reporting, DOW parts information system, E-Cat parts catalog, STARS training, Rotunda diagnostic tools and software
        • Using resources to find and apply information such as Warranty Policy, Ford Protect Administration, OWS Claim Administration, DOW user manual, OEC Dealer Locator
          • Vehicle Off Road escalation processes for backorder parts and technical assistance. COPIS and GCCT case management system
          • Ford FleetCare Consolidated Billing, Ford Pro Maintenance, National Fleet Parts Pricing Program

      What you'll do...

      • Fleet satisfaction with parts & service support
      • Representing the “Voice of Fleet Customer” for product concerns
      • Fleet parts retail shop and wholesale revenue growth
      • Ford Pro parts and service customer programs and incentives
      • Takes ownership in challenging situations and follows up until resolution
      • Looks for opportunities to proactively accomplish objectives with fleet customers, such as parts purchase behavior changes, aligning with Ford maintenance schedules and position statements, or generating interest in Ford Pro Telematics
      • Displays integrity in all interactions
      • Distributes professional work product for internal and external audience via email, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
